Common FAQ

  • Chevron down How do I pay?
  • To use our automated online reservations system, you must pay by credit card. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer or other method, please contact our reservations office by clicking here. You can also make a reservation and pay at the tour using cash, credit card, or traveler’s check; however we cannot guarantee your seat until it is paid.

  • Chevron down Are there Japanese and Korean-speaking staff available by phone?
  • Yes. Don’t hesitate to contact us with any inquiries. Telephone number: 1-671-646-8000.
    CHST 8:00 to 22:00 (Wednesday and Sunday until 19:00).
    Chinese speaking staff are also available.

  • Chevron down Do you have a recommendation for an outdoor café in Guam?
  • BG Tours recommends The Beach.
  • Chevron down In which time zone is Guam?
  • Guam’s time zone is Chamorro Standard Time (ChST), UTC +10.

  • Chevron down Do you have any summer season?
  • In Guam, there isn’t a big difference between winter and summer seasons. During Guam’s summer months, there is one more hour of daylight.

Globe Nightclub FAQ

  • Chevron down What is The Globe?
  • The Globe is by far the biggest and most popular nightclub in Guam. Over one million customers have visited the club, including many celebrities.

  • Chevron down Do you have any transportation?
  • Yes, our regular admission includes round trip transportation. When you are ready to leave, just tell the staff at the front entrance and a safe and comfortable ride is provided to your hotel. We are accepting drop off service until 1:30AM.

  • Chevron down What is the acceptable attire?
  • You cannot enter with swimwear, beach sandals, tank tops (men). Other attire is acceptable.

  • Chevron down Do you have a minimum age?
  • You must be 18 years old to enter. You must be 21 years old to consume alcohol. ID check strictly enforced. Please bring your drivers license or photo ID.

  • Chevron down How much is the cover charge?
  • We have several options and packages for you to choose from. Buy your ticket here.

Big Sunset Dinner Cruise

  • Chevron down If you cannot see the sunset, do you still conduct the tours?
  • Of course. The tours are conducted even if it’s raining or dark. Even if you cannot see the sunset, you can still enjoy the buffet dinner, bottom fishing, and dancing on the bow of the boat on the way back to port.

  • Chevron down Can I bring the fish I catch home?
  • Sorry, you cannot bring the fish. Being a supporter of sustainable tourism and a fan of the movie Finding Nemo, the fish are released back to the sea.

  • Chevron down How many people can fit on the boat?
  • Maximum capacity is 65 people.

  • Chevron down Do you have reserved seats?
  • Regular seats are not reserved, but the VIP plan has reserved seats on the upper deck.

  • Chevron down Are there any restrooms?
  • Yes, there are separate restrooms for men and women.

  • Chevron down Can I bring a baby cart on the boat?
  • For safety purpose, it is best not to bring strollers on the boat.

  • Chevron down Can a person in a wheelchair join the tour?
  • Yes. Customers with wheelchairs can join the tour; please contact us for necessary arrangements.

  • Chevron down Do you have any assistance for people with disabilities?
  • When you make reservations, please advise us. We have a van with a lift. However, the toilet is not handicap accessible.

  • Chevron down What if we don’t need transportation from the hotel?
  • When you make reservation, please advise us that you do not need transportation. However we recommend taking the bus because the boat sometimes departs from different docks depending upon weather, and if you are late, the boat will not wait and you will still be charged.

  • Chevron down How do I get transportation if I stay at Leo Palace Hotel?
  • Leo Palace has a shuttle that will drop you off at the Guam Plaza Hotel. We will pick you up there.

The Beach Restaurant & Bar

  • Chevron down What kind of business is The Beach?
  • It is a restaurant and bar located in Tumon near Gun Beach immediately next to the Nikko Hotel. The Lina La Culture Park is within walking distance.

  • Chevron down Do you have a minimum age requirement?
  • We don’t have any minimum age. All family members are welcome. However, minors must be accompanied with an adult/guardian after 9PM. Every Thursday after 9PM, age under 21 is not allowed due to ladies night event.

  • Chevron down What kind of menu do you have?
  • We have local Guam food dishes, hamburgers, steaks, and all kind of alcohol and drinks. Click here to see the menu.
  • Chevron down What ages can consume alcohol?
  • You must be 21 years old to drink alcohol. Under 21 cannot buy or drink alcohol.

  • Chevron down Is there charter and group availability?
  • Yes, we can accommodate groups with reservations. Please contact us.

  • Yes, we have a free parking area.
