- Transportation service is provided from the selected hotels. Must request at least 24 hours prior.
- Pick-up time and pick-up location will be announced at noon the day before the tour by email.
- The boat will not wait for late guests. You will be charged if you miss the boat.
- If you are driving (not recommended), please call us by 12:00 on your tour date for directions as the departure dock may change at the last minute. BG Tours is not responsible for missing the pick-up service or boat due to a lack of hotel information and departure information.
- The default launching site is Agat Marina but the launching site may change to Apra Harbor or Hagatna Boat Basin depending on the weather. Please provide the contact email address and local phone number to receive the updated information.
