All of our tours are able to accommodate guests who require wheelchair access except for Ride the Ducks. Ride the Ducks customers with special needs must be carried up the boarding stairs.
However, we do require advance notice of at least 24 hours’ notice and in some cases 48 hours. If your request is simply for wheelchair access, please simply indicate this requirement in the comments field of the reservation.
For all other special needs, we require that you provide us with detailed information so that we can try to accommodate your request. We have provided various methods of contact below for your ease and reference. While every effort will be made to accommodate reasonable requests, for the safety of its team members and other guests, Baldyga Group cannot guarantee nor is responsible for accommodating any particular request.
