This is a guide to help you make sure you are booking your reservations correctly and applying the discounts!
Getting Started
When making your booking, make sure you are doing it on our website: bestguamtours.com, as this discount can only be applied online. It also cannot be combined with other existing discounts (Ex. The Lucky 7 Promotion).
Step 1: On the home page, select your tour. I will be using the Dinner Cruise (Normal Price) + Karera Show Only (50% Discount) combination.
Step 2: Select the date and fill out the necessary information . Then, select “Add to Cart”
Step 3: After confirming, it will take you to the next page where you will select the combo you want. In this case, the Big Sunset Cruise and Karera have 2 combinations together. However, I want to book for the Dinner cruise and Karera SHOW ONLY (50% Discount). Therefore, I will select the one I want.
Step 4: You will then select the date you want for your chosen discounted tour and fill out the information just like we did in Step 2. You will notice the prices remmain the same, do not panic, the discount will be applied once you finish adding your information. (Important: You must select a date within 7 days or the original reservation date.)
Step 5: You will now see the discounted price. After confirming the dates and the packages you selected, you can go ahead and make your payment.

For reservations with Best Guam Tours, cancellation must be made no later than 5:00 PM the day before your reservation date.
If you booked a combo package and wish to cancel one of the tours, you must cancel the discounted tour, retaurant, or club admission within the combo. Failure to cancel by the deadline may result in standard cancellation charges.
