Our Story

Inspired by a visit to Greece, Mark and Christina Baldyga created ANEMOS, combining Italian, Greek, and Mediterranean dishes with Guam’s hospitality. The unique tent combines European flair with tropical charm, enhanced by Mykonos-style music curated by Christina.

Our Greek chef and passionate local team fuse fresh, local produce with olive oil from the chef’s village, fresh octopus, fish and other ingredients flown in twice weekly from Crete Greece, and lamb from New Zealand.

Experience a unique culinary experience at ANEMOS. Anemos is a member of Baldyga Group and BG Entertainment, Guam’s leading hospitality group featuring the Zoh Nightclub and spectacular Karera show at this location as well as The Beach restaurant, Tao Tao Tasi dinner show, Ride the Ducks land and sea tour, and BIG Sunset dinner cruise.
