Our Story
Anemos was inspired by Mark and Christina Baldyga’s visit to Greece, blending Italian, Greek, and Mediterranean flavors with Guam’s hospitality. Our Greek chef crafts dishes using fresh local produce, premium olive oil from Crete, seafood flown in twice weekly from Greece, and New Zealand lamb.
Experience a unique culinary experience at ANEMOS. Anemos is a member of Baldyga Group and BG Experiences, Guam’s leading hospitality group featuring the ZOH Nightclub and spectacular Karera show at this location as well as Ride the Ducks land and sea tour, and BIG Sunset dinner cruise.
